Jim brings more than two decades of leadership experience within the private club and hospitality industry, having served in senior operational roles including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at several distinguished clubs across the United States. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) and active member of the Club Management Association of America, Jim maintains an extensive professional network across the private club industry and helps organizations secure leaders capable of sustaining excellence at the highest level.
